North Dakota Pro Bono Summary: Legal Services of North Dakota (LSND) offers free civil legal services for people who meet the eligibility guidelines. It is the mission of LSND to protect and enhance the civil legal rights of, and promote systemic change, for North Dakotans living in poverty.
Service priorities are:

To be eligible for the services, the applicant must meet the income and asset requirements. To apply for assistance the client will need to make an application for services by telephone, online, or meeting with an LSND representative at an outreach location.
